1. Service description

maplewickup.com helps connect internship applicants with internship listings. The service may be updated, expanded, or changed over time. Internship listings and availability may change at any time, including removal or modification by listing owners.

2. No guaranteed placement

We do not guarantee that you will receive an internship offer or be placed. Any agreement, offer, interview, or employment decision is made by the relevant internship provider, not by maplewickup.com.

3. User eligibility and account responsibility

You must provide accurate and complete information when using the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials you use with the service and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the service or its infrastructure, uploading malicious code, scraping or collecting data in a manner that is not permitted, or using the service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

5. Content and accuracy

We aim to provide accurate information, but we do not warrant that internship listings, descriptions, or availability are complete, error-free, or up to date. You should verify details directly with the internship provider.

6. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, maplewickup.com and its representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service or inability to use it.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Personal data processing (Ukraine)

If the service processes applicants’ personal data (for example, profile information, CV details, or contact information), it is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine on Protection of Personal Data: Про захист персональних даних : Закон України від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI.

8. Distance/online service information and consumer rights (Ukraine)

Where our service offer is treated as a distance/online service relationship with consumers, we provide the required information and respect consumer distance-contract rights, including the consumer’s ability to terminate in relevant cases: On Consumer Rights Protection | on May 12, 1991 № 1023-XII.

9. Electronic commerce / online contracting (Ukraine)

If we conclude electronic agreements or obtain commitments online, relevant obligations for electronic commerce and contract formation are followed: On Electronic Commerce | on September 3, 2015 № 675-VIII.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with the date of publication. Your continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
